The Board of Directors adopts, amends and repeals by-laws governing the conduct and management of PSP Investments' business and affairs. It prescribes the duties and responsibilities for all facets of the administration and operations of PSP Investments. These include all duties and responsibilities enumerated in the Act itself, as well as any additional duties and responsibilities that the Board of Directors sees fit to establish for the purpose of managing the organization, as per its mandate. A Terms of Reference document that describes the respective duties and responsibilities of the particular entity or officer is prepared and approved by the Board and revised when necessary.
