The Code of Conduct for Officers, Employees and Others has been developed to establish and maintain a culture that guides decision-making throughout PSP Investments. It is intended to provide a workable framework that ensures that Officers and employees have a full understanding of PSP Investments' principles and values to assist them in determining appropriate business practices and behaviour.
The Code addresses such matters as:
- Acting with integrity and honesty
- Compliance with applicable laws
- Use of our assets and confidential information
- Conflict of interest

PSP Investments has adopted a similar Code of Conduct for Directors. The Board of Directors' Governance Committee monitors the application of both Codes.
